Santa Claus came early this year for the Daredevils !! We were just notified today that the Daredevils were selected to play the Minnesota Bluegrass and Old Time music Association's August Festival! For many of us in this group, this is the Brass Ring, the Pinnacle, a major Bucket List Item! Over the Moon, beyond excited! I can't think of enough superlatives right now !! LOL We played the Minnesota Homegrown Festival on the same stage in June. We thought that was the thrill of a lifetime. The August Festival is as big as it gets in Minnesota. As if that wasn't enough, today, we also got invited to play a small festival in Cameron WI in September! While a smaller festival, often times those are as much fun!
